Day 1: Wine-o

Well, here we are again...another New Year's Eve. Another year has passed, things have changed, people have evolved. I've decided to evolve as well. Tracy & I have resolved to actually do the photography project 365 this year. Yep, everyday. Don't worry, I won't let her fall off the wagon again. Promise.
Photography & I are actually old, old friends. I must admit that I've been ignoring it for years. With Tracy's interest in it, though, I've found myself wanting to join the 'cool kids club' again, take up a camera, & get right back into it....learning as much as I can along the way. So, that is exactly my plan. No better time like the present. I can't wait to see what the next year has in store for us...traveling & photography are our main goals for 2009. Hopefully our travels will be safe, & our pictures will be great. Only time will tell...

The following photos were taken in our kitchen this morning. Our wine cork collection that we keep in our decanter is slowly growing, & I thought that snapping a few down the curved neck would look pretty cool. Also, there's one of Babycat for good measure...I love her!
